As dollars continue to diminish, we are more likely to have to demonstrate learning outcomes, and that is only if we are fortunate enough to receive the funds to conduct training.
This session will examine a popular, yet under-utilized approach to measuring training impact.
Goals
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Recognize factors that influence training as an option
- Recognize a model that is used to evaluate training
- Discern between the different “Levels” or steps in the model
- Begin to conceptualize the model’s application to a current training session
